WHAT:  RMGA MEMBERSHIP MEETING – Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave

WHEN:  March 13, 2017, 6:30 pm – Networking, 7:00 pm – Short Meeting, 7:15 pm – History and Tour of the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave.

WHERE:  987 ½ Lookout Mountain Road, Golden, C0 80401.

PROGRAM:  Steve Friesen, Director, will present the History of the Museum, followed with a tour.  Buffalo Bill passed away January 10, 1917 and is buried on Lookout Mountain. Two new exhibits on display, “A Better Place Could Hardly Have Been Chosen” and “A Visit to the Wild West.” You do not want to miss the opportunity to increase your knowledge of the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave.

FOOD:  RMGA will provide the water for networking p.m. and the program. The Pahaska Tepee Gift Shop and Café will be open until 6:00.  The Cafe has several entries available including bison. This is an excellent opportunity to have a fresh sandwich instead of snacks before the program. Your order should be placed no later than 5:45 p.m. They also have homemade fudge.

DIRECTIONS:  From Denver: Take 1-70 West to exit 256. Turn right at the top of the ramp, and then an immediate left. Follow this to Lookout Mountain Road. Turn right and travel approximately 4 miles. The entry to the Museum parking lot will be on your left, following an open park and picnic area.

PARKING:  Ample parking in a very large parking lot.

GUESTS:  Members are encouraged to bring a potential member as guests.

GUEST FEES: 1st and 2nd Time Guest: Free, Third through Fifth Time, Same Guest Visit is $10 each time. Succeeding Times, Same Guest Must Join RMGA.
